Tasks that can be done at Unit / Group Level
- Approving & querying programme planners, evidence and final sections for all award levels
- For help, have a look at the Participant support page for information on what to look for during approvals
- Archiving Participants
- Submitting the award for verification
- Adding leader-added evidence to participants
- Approvals of Practice Expeditions & Qualifying Expeditions
- Prior to approving, alerting the District DofE Team when a Participant wants to use the ‘Change Activity’ function on eDofE
Additional tasks that can be done at District level
- Moving Participants between Units in the District
- Unarchiving Participants
- Approving of Expedition Training & Presentations
- Awarding Bronze & Silver awards

- Moving Participants between different Districts
- Transferring Participants from outside GLSW (please direct them to the enrollment form page, as there is a section on the form on completing this)
- Final verification of Bronze & Silver awards
- Order badges & certificates (these will be sent to the District DofE Team periodically for local presentations)
- Managing Leader access to Groups
- Transferring Leaders from outside GLSW
- Adding / removing Groups
- Approval of Gold Residential activities (information is on the DofE Information page)
